Cardio in the morning before eating.
Swimming, water aerobics & weight training.
unfortunately, given a month, you will likely not healthfully lose enough weight in a month to move anything from “wobbly” to “toned.”
Begin with High Intensity Interval Training (run a google search.)
This keeps your heart rate up even after you stop doing the exercise which helps you continue to burn calories.
Additionally, you need to watch your total calories and run below your “baseline” amount of calories for the day. I’d run a search on that also, put your lifestyle into a caloric baseline calculator, then watch your total calories each day to stay below that number.
